October 2016 sales were at their lowest level as compared to October of 2015 and 2014.
October YTD sales of 933 are running -2.7% behind last year's year-to-date sales of 959.
Prices:
The Median Sales Price in October was $460,000, up 4.5% from $440,000 in October of 2015 and up 2.8% from $447,500 last month. Median = the same # of properties sold above & below the Median Price
The Average Sales Price (ASP) in October was $474,127, up 1.8% from $465,532 in October of 2015 and up 1% from $469,351 last month.
