American River Canyon North / Folsom Market Update - February 2012

FOLSOM:   No significant change in the number of available homes in Folsom over the last several months.  However, the number of pending sales has increased sharply by 27 homes since January.  At this current rate of absorption, Folsom has a 2.25 month supply of available homes which is reflective of  a stable real estate market.
