Prices: The Median Sale Price in July was $453,000, up 8.1% from $419,000 in July 2013 and up 7.1% from $423,146 last month. The Average Sales Price in July was $465,819, up 7.3% from $434,246 in July 2013 and up 6.4% from $437,977 last month. July 2014 ASP was at it's highest lever as compared to July 2013. Inventory & Month's Supply of Inventory: The total inventory of properties available for sale in July was 232, down -5.7% from 246 last month and up 20.2% from 193 in July 2013.
