Property Sales:
 October property sales were 107, up 30.5% from 82 in October of 2014, and  5.9% higher than the 101 sales last month.
  October 2015 sales were at their highest level as compared to October of 2014 and 2013.
  October  YTD sales of 952 are running 8.8% ahead of last year's year-to-date sales of 875.

Prices:
  The Median Sales Price in October was $442,000, up 7.8% from $410,000 in October of 2014 and up 4.7% from $422,000 last month.
  The Average Sales Price (ASP) in October was $467,090, up 8.6% from $430,200 in October of 2014 and up 7.0% from $436,542 last month.
  The  October ASP was at it's highest level as compared to October of 2014 and 2013.

Inventory & Month's Supply of Inventory:
  The total inventory of properties available for sale as of October was 137, down -19.4% from 170 last month and down -32.8% from 204 in October of last year.
  Currently, there is a 1.3 month supply of inventory.
