The Median Sales Price in October was $442,000, up 7.8% from $410,000 in October of 2014 and up 4.7% from $422,000 last month.
The Average Sales Price (ASP) in October was $467,090, up 8.6% from $430,200 in October of 2014 and up 7.0% from $436,542 last month.
The October ASP was at it's highest level as compared to October of 2014 and 2013.
Inventory & Month's Supply of Inventory:
The total inventory of properties available for sale as of October was 137, down -19.4% from 170 last month and down -32.8% from 204 in October of last year.
Currently, there is a 1.3 month supply of inventory.
