The Average Sales Price in March was $446,495, up 9.2% from $408,766 in March 2014 and up 3.5% from $431,446 last month. The March ASP was at it's highest level as compared to March 2014 and 2013. Inventory & Month's Supply of Inventory: The total inventory of properties available for sale as of March was 134, down -11.3.% from 151 last month and down -29.5% from 190 in March of last year.
