Folsom               Property Sales:  November property sales were 61, down -16.4% from 73 in November of 2013, and -24.7% lower than the 81 sales last month.   November 2014 sales were at their lowest level as compared to November of 2013 and 2012.   November YTD sales of 935 are running -7% behind last year's year-to-date sales of 1,007. Prices:   The Median Sales Price in November was $407,000, up 5.7% from $385,000 in November of 2013 and down -0.7% from $410,00 last month.   The Average Sales Price in November was $400,544, down 1% from $404,412 in November 2013 and down -7.2% from $431,820 last month.   The October ASP was at mid range as compared to November 2013 and 2012. Inventory & Month's Supply of Inventory:   The total inventory of properties available for sale as of November was 146, down -24.4% from 193 last month and down -11.5% from 165 in November of last year.   Currently, there is a 2.4 month supply of inventory. Folsom              Property Sales:  October property sales were 79, down -1.3% from 78 in October of 2013, and -25.7% lower than the 105 sales last month.   October 2014 sales were at their lowest level as compared to October of 2013 and 2012.   October YTD sales of 871 are running -6.7% behind last year's year-to-date sales of 934. Prices:   The Median Sales Price in October was $410,000, up 1.9% from $402,500 in October of 2013 and down -2.6% from $421,000 last month.   The Average Sales Price in October was $428,813, up 1.8% from $421,352 in October 2013 and down -5.4% from $453,437 last month.   The October ASP was at it's highest level as compared to October 2013 and 2012. Folsom Property Sales:   September property sales were 101, up 26.3% from 80 in September of 2013 and -1% lower than the 102 sales last month.   September 2014 sales were at their highest level as compared to September of 2013 and 2012.   September YTD sales of 787 are running -8% behind last year's year-to-date sales of 855. Prices:   The Median Sales Price in September was $427,500, up 4.9% from $407,500 in September of 2013 and up 0.1% from $427,000 last month.   The Average Sales Price in September was $458,201, up 10% from $416,377 in September 2013 and up 0.1% from $457,656 last month.   The September 2014 ASP was at it's highest level as compared to September of 2013 and 2012. Folsom Property Sales:   August property sales were 99, down -17.5% from 120 in August 2013 and 4.2% higher than the 95 sales last month.   August 2014 sales were at mid level as compared to August 2013 and 2012.   August YTD sales of 682 are running -12% behind last year-to-date sales of 775. Prices:   The Median Sales Price in August was $429,000, up from $418,023 in August of 2013 and down -4.9% from $451,000 last month.   The Average Sales Price in August was $458,252, up 8.3% from $423,087 in August of 2013 and up 0.1% from $457,993 last month.   The August ASP was at it's highest level as compared to August 2013 and 2012. Folsom Property Sales:   July property sales were 90, down -15.5% from 103 in July of 2013 and 1.2% higher than the 86 last month.   July 2014 sales were at a mid level as compared to July 2013 and 2012.   July YTD sales of 575 are running -12.2% behind last year's year-to-date sales of 655. Prices:   The Median Sale Price in July was $453,000, up 8.1% from $419,000 in July 2013 and up 7.1% from $423,146 last month.   The Average Sales Price in July was $465,819, up 7.3% from $434,246 in July 2013 and up 6.4% from $437,977 last month.    July 2014 ASP was at it's highest lever as compared to July 2013. Folsom Property Sales:   June property sales were 84, down -28% from 117 in June 2013 and -27% lower than the 115 sales last month.   June 2014 sales were at their lowest level compared to June 2013 and 2012.   June YTD sales of 486 are running -12% behind last year's year-to-date sale of 552. Prices:   The Median Sales Price in June was $423,146, up 5.8% from $399,000 in June of 2013 and up 3.2% from $410,000 last month.   The Average Sales Price in June was $438,463, up 5.3% from $416,643 in June 2013 and up 3.6% from $423,533 last month.   June 2014 ASP was at it's highest level compared to June of 2013 and 2012. Folsom Property Sales:   May property sales were 110, down -13.4% from 127 in May 2013 and 25% higher than the 88 sales last month.   May 2014 sales were at a mid level as compared to May of 2013 and 2012.   May YTD sales of 397 are running -8.7% behind last year's YTD sales of 425. Prices:   The Median Sales Price in May was $410,000, up 9.3% from $375,000 in May of 2013 and up 1.1% from $405,500 last month.   The Average Sales Priced in May was $423,717, up 11.8% from $379,042 in May of 21013 and down -0.1% from $424,159 last month.   The May 2014 ASP was at it's highest level as compared to May of 2013 and 2012. Folsom Property Sales:   April property sales were 87, down -4.4% from 91 in April of 2013 and equal to 87 sales last month.   April 2014 sales were at their lowest level as compared to April of 2013 and 2012.    April YTD sales of 285 are running -7.5% behind last year's year-to-date sales of 308. Prices:   The Median Sales Price in April was $416,000, up 10.9% from $375,000 in April of 2013 and up 4.0% from $400,000 last month.   The Average Sales Price in April was $425,299, up 4.3% from $407,700 in April of 2013 and up 4.0% from $408,867 last month.   The April ASP was at it's highest level as compared to April of 2013 and 2012. Inventory & Month's Supply of Inventory:   With 87 homes sold in April and 179 homes currently available in Folsom, there is a 2.2 months supply of available homes.   The number of listings is 179, up from 153 last month and up from 136 in April of 2013.   The April 2014 MSI of 2.2 months was at mid range compared to April of 2
