Prices: The Median Sales Price in July was $450,000, up 0.7% from $447,000 in July of 2014 and equal to $450,000 last month. The Average Sales Price in July was $462,062, up 0.8% from $458,299 in June of 2014 and down -0.6% from $464,937 last month. The July ASP was at it's highest level as compared to July of 2014 and 2013. Inventory & Month's Supply of Inventory: The total inventory of properties available for sale as of July was 187, down -13.4% from 216 last month and down -29.2% from 264 in July of last year.
