Property Sales:
 December property sales were 73, up 10.8% from 65 in December of 2014, and  4.3% higher than the 69 sales last month.
  December 2015 sales were at their highest level as compared to December of 2014 and 2013.
  December YTD sales of 1,100 are running 9.9% ahead of last year's year-to-date sales of 1,001.

Prices:
  The Median Sales Price in December was $440,376 up 11.5% from $395,000 in December of 2014 and up 4.9% from $420,000 last month.  Median means Middle (the same # of properties sold above & below Median).
  The Average Sales Price (ASP) in December was $462,738, up 12.5% from $411,252 in December of 2014 and up 8.6% from $425,909 last month.
  The December ASP was at it's highest level as compared to December of 2014 and 2013.

Inventory & Month's Supply of Inventory:
  The total inventory of properties available for sale as of December was 78, down -39.5% from 129 last month and down -36.6% from 123 in December of last year.
  Currently, there is a 1.1 month supply of inventory.
