How did 2015 compare with the past 4 years?
American River Canyon North saw 43 homes sold in 2015 which is up by 53% from 28 homes sold in 2014 and up 16% from the previous highest level of 37 sold in 2012.
Home values have continued to make gains over the last 4 years from a low in 2012 of $150 per square foot to $197 a square foot in 2015.
The average days on market has increased from 54 in 2014 to 67 in 2015 despite the healthy activity in our local real estate market. However, 54 days is a significant improvement over the 93 days we were experiencing in in 2011.
