May 2017 sales were at their highest level as compared to May of 2016 and 2015.
May YTD sales of 349 are running -10% behind last year's year-to-date sales of 388.
Prices:
The median sales price in May was $500,500, up 3.5% from $483,375 in May 2016 and up 2.3% from $489,250 last month.
The average sales price in May was $526,626, up 7% from $492,386 in May of 2016 and up 3.9% from $506,658 last month.
The May 2017 ASP was at it's highest level as compared to May of 2016 and 2015.
Available Inventory of Homes:
The total inventory of properties available for sale as of April was 149, up 15.5% from 129 last month and down -12.4% from 170 in May of last year.
Currently there is a 1.3 month supply of inventory.
