November 2016 sales were at their highest level as compared to November of 2015 and 2014.
November YTD sales of 1,011 are running -1.7% behind last year's year-to-date sales of 1,029.
Prices:
The Median Sales Price in November was $450,000, up 6.5% from $442,500 in November of 2015 and down -4.3% from $470,000 last month. Median = the same # of properties sold above & below the Median Price
The Average Sales Price (ASP) in November was $484,445, up 13.6% from $426,504 in November of 2015 and up 2% from $475,172 last month.
