2014 Year End Review
How did 2014 compare with the past 4 years?
The number of homes sold in 2014 is down -9.6% from 31 homes sold in 2013 and down -19.3% from the highest level of 37 sold in 2012.
Short sales and bank owned properties have declined to almost insignificant levels since their highs in 2008 and 2009.

The average days on market has increased from 31 in 2013 to 54 in 2014 despite a smaller supply of available inventory. However, 54 days is a significant improvement over the 93 days we were experiencing in in 2011.
