Property Sales:
  July property sales were 101, up 32.9% from 76 in July 2012 and -13.7% lower than the 117 sales last month.
  July 2013 sales were at a mid level compared to July 2012 and 2011.
  July YTD sales of 653 are running 10.5% ahead of last year's year-to-date sales of 591.
  July 2013 short sale properties were 30, down -67% as compared to 90 in July 2012.

Inventory &Month's Supply of Inventory (MSI):
  The Median Sales Price in July was $415,000, up 26.% from $328,912 in July of 2012 and up 3.8% from $399,900 last month.
  The Average Sales Price in July was $433,945, up 25.7% from $345,298 in July of 2012 and up 4.2% from $416,643 last month.
  July 2013 ASP was at it's highest level as compared to July of 2012 and 2011.

FOLSOM Property Sales:  October property sales were 107, up 30.5% from 82 in October of 2014, and  5.9% higher than the 101 sales last month.   October 2015 sales were at their highest level as compared to October of 2014 and 2013.   October  YTD sales of 952 are running 8.8% ahead of last year's year-to-date sales of 875. Prices:   The Median Sales Price in October was $442,000, up 7.8% from $410,000 in October of 2014 and up 4.7% from $422,000 last month.   The Average Sales Price (ASP) in October was $467,090, up 8.6% from $430,200 in October of 2014 and up 7.0% from $436,542 last month.   The  October ASP was at it's highest level as compared to October of 2014 and 2013.
