Prices: The Median Sales Price in April was $385,000, up 31.8% from $292,000 in April of 2012 and up 0.9% from $381,593 last month. The Average Sales Price in April was $409,836, up 24% from $328,713 in April of 2012 and up 7.3% from $381,950 last month. April 2013 ASP was at it's highest level as compared to April of 2012 and 2011.
Inventory & Month's Supply of Inventory (MSI): The total inventory of properties available for sale as of April was 101, down 8.2% from 110 last month and down -54.9% from 224 in April of last year. April 2013 inventory was at it's lowest level as compared to April of 2012 and 2011.
