Prices: The Median Sales Price in February was $345,500, up 25.2% from $276,000 in February 2012 and down 01.4% from $350,500 last month. The Average Sales Price in February was $351,730, up 14.2% from $307,878 in February 2012 and down -2.4% from $360,411 last month.
Inventory & Month's Supply of Inventory (MSI): With 66 homes sold last month and 61 homes currently available in Folsom, there is less than a one month supply of available homes. Most sellers are still receiving multiple offers.
