Property Sales:
  May property sales were 110, down -13.4% from 127 in May 2013 and 25% higher than the 88 sales last month.
  May 2014 sales were at a mid level as compared to May of 2013 and 2012.
  May YTD sales of 397 are running -8.7% behind last year's YTD sales of 425.

Prices:
  The Median Sales Price in May was $410,000, up 9.3% from $375,000 in May of 2013 and up 1.1% from $405,500 last month.
  The Average Sales Priced in May was $423,717, up 11.8% from $379,042 in May of 21013 and down -0.1% from $424,159 last month.
  The May 2014 ASP was at it's highest level as compared to May of 2013 and 2012.

Inventory and Month's Supply of Inventory:
  The total inventory of properties available for sale as of May was 188, down -5.5% from 199 last month and up 22.9% from 153 in May of 2013.
  There is  currently a 1.7 month supply of available homes.
