Property Sales:
 July property sales were 123, up 25.5% from 98 in July of 2014, and  -0.8% lower than the 124 sales last month.
  July 2015 sales were at their highest level as compared to July of 2014 and 2013.
  July YTD sales of 637 are running 8.7% ahead of last year's year-to-date sales of 586.

Prices:
  The Median Sales Price in July was $450,000, up 0.7% from $447,000 in July of 2014 and equal to $450,000 last month.
  The Average Sales Price in July was $462,062, up 0.8% from $458,299 in June of 2014 and down -0.6% from $464,937 last month.
  The July ASP was at it's highest level as compared to July of 2014 and 2013.

Inventory & Month's Supply of Inventory:
  The total inventory of properties available for sale as of July was 187, down -13.4% from 216 last month and down -29.2% from 264 in July of last year.
  Currently, there is a 1.5 month supply of inventory.
