Prices:   The Median Sales Price in December was $492,000, up 11.3% from $441,868 in December of 2015 and up 8.5% from $453,500 last month.   Median = the same # of properties sold above & below the Median Price   The Average Sales Price (ASP) in December was $504,033, up 8% from $466,829 in December of 2015 and up 3.7% from $485,841 last month.   The December ASP was at it's highest level as compared to December of 2015 and 2014.
