The Average Sales Price in March was $380,116, up 6.4% from $357,284 last month, and up 19.5% from $317,990 in March 2012. March ASP was at it's highest level as compared to March 2012 & 2011. Inventory & Month's Supply of Inventory (MSI): With 76 homes sold last month and 71 homes currently available in Folsom, there is less than a one month supply of available homes.
