Prices: The Median Sales Price in May was $410,000, up 9.3% from $375,000 in May of 2013 and up 1.1% from $405,500 last month. The Average Sales Priced in May was $423,717, up 11.8% from $379,042 in May of 21013 and down -0.1% from $424,159 last month. The May 2014 ASP was at it's highest level as compared to May of 2013 and 2012. Inventory and Month's Supply of Inventory: The total inventory of properties available for sale as of May was 188, down -5.5% from 199 last month and up 22.9% from 153 in May of 2013.
