Folsom / American River Canyon North Market Update - April 2015

FOLSOM           Property Sales:  April property sales were 95, up 18.% from 88 in April  of 2014, and 31.6% higher than the 79 sales last month.   April 2015 sales were at their highest level as compared to April of 2014 and 2013.   April YTD sales of 293 are running 2.1% ahead of last year's year-to-date sales of 287.. Prices:   The Median Sales Price in April was $435,000, up 7.3% from $405,500 in April of 2014 and up 0.7% from $432,000 last month.   The Average Sales Price in April was $459,356, up 8.,3% from $424,159 in April of 2014 and up 3.3%  from $444,736 last month.   The April ASP was at it's highest level as compared to April 2014 and 2013.
