Prices: The Median Sales Price in October was $410,000, up 1.9% from $402,500 in October of 2013 and down -2.6% from $421,000 last month. The Average Sales Price in October was $428,813, up 1.8% from $421,352 in October 2013 and down -5.4% from $453,437 last month.
