The average sales price in June was $539,304, up 8.1% from $498,851 in June of 2016 and up 3.4% from $521,738 last month.
The June 2017 ASP was at it's highest level as compared to June of 2016 and 2015.
Available Inventory of Homes:
The total inventory of properties available for sale as of was 146, down -14.6% from 171 last month and down -24.4% from 193 in June of last year.
